Why Mathetai?
Mathetai exists to serve those who are serving the church. By providing pastors and church leaders with training in Biblical doctrine and practical ministry through personal discipleship and instruction, we seek to establish equipped and mature church leaders in every community. In addition to training, we host a global community of ministry leaders in which individuals can be encouraged, accountable and connected.
Our Ministry
We seek to provide resources and opportunities for training to assist pastors and leaders to effectively lead and equip their congregations for the work of the ministry.
Global Leadership Training
We are developing a 3-year training program through Biblical studies, theology and practical ministry that will equip pastors and leaders within their cultural and ministry context.
Online Resources
From articles, audio teaching, YouTube videos and more, you will find various resources to assist in your personal leadership and training, or just learning more about Scripture and theology.

Learn practical ministry skills related to being an accountable, caring leader, as well as skills that can bless your community.

Regular meetings with a small group cohort for personal engagement, fellowship, challenge and continued training.

Focus on issues and ministry that work within your specific geographical and cultural context.
Culturally Relevant
Learn to minister to your community based upon culturally relevant methods and needs.
Theologically Robust
Dig deep into the Scripture, your personal walk, and how your ministry can fulfill the great commission.

We are currently developing three year training program that will combine pre-recorded lessons in Biblical and theological studies with monthly Zoom meetings for personal discipleship.
