Mathetai Global Leadership Training Program
In the Mathetai Global Leadership Training program, we endeavor to create an opportunity for pastors and ministry leaders to flourish through accessible, transformative education and personal discipleship. We bridge geographical, cultural, and economic gaps through our innovative blend of pre-recorded academic courses, monthly personalized Zoom discipleship, and annual regional conferences.
Our vision is built on the belief that well-equipped spiritual leaders create thriving communities. We aim to provide rigorous theological education that remains culturally relevant and practically applicable, regardless of a leader’s location or resources. By combining accessible academic content with ongoing relational discipleship, we foster both intellectual growth and character development. We believe that ministry leaders who are both academically equipped and spiritually mature will transform their communities through authentic, Christ-centered leadership.
We aspire to be catalysts for a global movement where pastors and leaders grow not only in knowledge but also in wisdom, spiritual maturity, and leadership effectiveness. Through our ministry, we envision raising up a new generation of servant-leaders who will bring lasting transformation to their churches, communities, and nations.
Now in Production
The Mathetai Global Leadership Training Program is currently being developed. We are working on creating a three year experience that will teach pastors and leaders how to effectively minister to their communities in ways that are culturally relevant and Biblically sound. We are developing this program with extensive research into cross-cultural communication and cultural contextualization. Each student will be trained in serving their particular community, in ways that reflect the unique cultures and experiences.
